Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out promptly.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The delivery time is 10-15 business days after dispatch. The shipping fee is $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. The delivery time is 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Regions

We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas and Asia. Please check our website for specific details on shipping restrictions.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. You must also have the original receipt or proof of purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as Dry Cat Food and Wet Cat Food are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Returns & Exchanges Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. Please include the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Package the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Attach the RMA number to the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided in the instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  5. Receive Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped to you as soon as possible.

Refund Timeline & Method

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
